Mill Road site - the mid-eighties
Railway enthusiast Lee Ayling has recently published pictures of trains crossing the Railway Bridge in Nairn, taken from the mid to late eighties by the look of them. One of these pictures gives us a chance to see a part of the Mill Road site at that time. The Council Garden squad shed and greenhouse can clearly be seen plus some cultivated land next to the railway embankment. See the image here on Flickr.
